hema electronic was awarded the RAW.23 innovation prize by the Wirtschaftsjunioren and the Wirtschaftsclub Ostwürttemberg for its measures to attract and promote employees. Oliver Helzle accepted the prize for 3rd place at the award ceremony on 19 October. The theme of this year's Resilience Award was Recruiting and Retention. The jury included members of the management of Leitz, Mapal Dr. Kress and Varta, among others, who decided on the award.
